Thundercloud Law is the name of a neutral sealstone in Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria. It is located in the Crawsus Forest Ruins.

- Location: Held by Mini-Boss (Wild Troll)
- Effect: The user's non-elemental damage becomes Lightning-elemental. The user also absorbs Lightning, but gets -100% resistance to Earth.
This sealstone could theoretically be useful in a dais if you have the means of absorbing Lightning, but it is probably more trouble than is worth. Moreover, it is very expensive to restore, and Lightning protection can later be achieved by other means. Holding it also offers no advantage, as the enemies in this dungeon use both Lightning and Earth attacks.
