Hydra is the boss of Crawsus Forest Ruins. He is the main boss that you must kill in order to proceed to the next area. To get to him, you must put any 3 sealstones into the daises with the glyph on the bottom. Once it has been done, a passage will open where you can fight the boss and proceed to the next event. This boss is refightable.
